Delete my data
Last updated: August 11, 2026
You can ask us to delete everything of yours whenever you want, no explanation needed. This page explains how to request it and what happens next, step by step.
How to request it
Write to info@feedum.app from the email address you used to create your space, with the subject "Delete my data". We check that the request comes from that address and confirm by email once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your space stops being accessible immediately.
- All your content: photos, videos, audio, covers and overlays.
- Your library, your calendar and your publishing history.
- The credentials for your connected Instagram accounts.
- Your name, email, phone and brand.
- The hash of your email in the address index.
When it's gone for good
When you close your space, we keep an encrypted copy for 30 days, in case the closure was a mistake or something needs to be recovered. After that period it's permanently deleted.
Automatic backups keep overwriting themselves: the history never exceeds 48 hours.
What we don't delete
Whatever the law requires us to keep, and only for the period it requires: for example, billing records if you ever made a payment.
Disconnecting Instagram without deleting your account
If you just want Feedum to stop having access to your Instagram account, you don't need to write to us: sign in to your space, go to Settings and disconnect the account. You can also revoke the permission from your Meta account's app settings.
