Privacy Policy

This explains what data we store, why, for how long, and what you can demand from us. It's written to be understood, not to cover us.

What we store

We don't build profiles, we don't sell data, and there's no advertising. We don't use your content to train models.
How we protect it
- Each customer, their own process and their own folder. The operating system prevents one customer's process from reading or writing another customer's data; it doesn't depend on an application-level check.
- Meta credentials are stored encrypted, with a different key per customer that doesn't live alongside the data.
- Your password isn't stored, only its derivation with scrypt and a salt.
- Everything travels over HTTPS, with HSTS across the whole domain.
- The index that lets us recover your address stores the hash of your email, not the email.
Who we share it with
- Meta Platforms: receives the content you schedule and the credentials needed to publish it. Without this, there's no publishing.
- Hostinger: server hosting and outgoing email.
No one else. There's no third-party analytics, no pixels, no trackers on the site.
How long
- For as long as your space exists, and up to 30 days after closing it. See Delete my data.
- Automatic backups: up to 48 hours of history, plus the hosting provider's own backups.
- Waitlist: until you unsubscribe from any of our emails.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a portable copy, or object to a specific processing activity. Write to info@feedum.app from your space's email address, and we respond within 30 days at most.
If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.
Minors
Feedum is a professional tool and isn't directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this changes in a significant way, we'll notify you by email before it takes effect.
