Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These terms govern the use of Feedum. By creating a space or signing in to one, you accept them. If you disagree with any of them, don't use the service.
1. Who provides the service
Feedum is a service by Waeihra Corp, verified by Meta as a technology provider. For anything related to these terms: info@feedum.app.
Pending completion by Waeihra Corp: full legal name, registration number, registered address and applicable jurisdiction.
2. What Feedum is
Feedum organizes content for professional Instagram accounts: it stores your pieces, remembers which ones you've already published, lets you build Reels, and schedules posts that go out through the official Meta API.
Each customer gets their own space on their own subdomain, with their files and their database kept separate from everyone else's.
3. Your account
- You need a valid email address. We send you a link to confirm it, and nothing is created until then.
- Your access password is generated when you create your space, and we don't store it: we only store its cryptographic derivation. If you lose it, it gets changed; it can't be recovered.
- You're responsible for what happens with your password. Tell us right away if you think someone else has it.
- One email, one space. We don't create duplicate spaces for the same address.
4. Your content is yours
Everything you upload β photos, videos, audio, text β remains yours. We don't use it for anything other than providing you the service.
You grant us only the technical license strictly needed to store it, transform it when you request it (for example, building a Reel), and deliver it to Meta when you schedule a post. That license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
5. Connected Instagram accounts
By connecting an account, you authorize Feedum to publish and read metrics on your behalf through the official Meta API. You declare that you have the right to manage that account.
Using Feedum is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms. You can revoke access at any time, from Feedum or from your Meta account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Feedum to:
- Publish illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that breaks Meta's policies.
- Automate accounts in a way that violates Instagram's policies, or impersonate anyone.
- Try to access data, spaces or accounts belonging to other customers.
- Probe, overload or tamper with the service's infrastructure.
We may suspend a space that breaks the above. When possible, we warn beforehand; if there's immediate risk to other customers or to the platform, we suspend first and explain afterward.
7. Availability
Feedum is in an early stage and is provided as is, with no availability commitment or service level agreement. We take periodic backups, but we don't guarantee that data can't be lost. Keep your originals.
We depend on the Meta API: when Meta changes its rules, limits access or fails, Feedum is affected and it's not within our control to prevent it.
8. Pricing
Plans are still in the works. As long as there's no active paid plan for your space, use is free and may change. Any future pricing terms will be communicated by email with enough notice for you to decide whether to continue.
9. Cancellation and closure
You can close your space at any time by writing to info@feedum.app. Once closed, your space stops being accessible and your data is deleted as described in Delete my data.
We may close a space that's been inactive for a long time or that breaks these terms, warning by email beforehand.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we're not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising from the use of the service. None of the above limits liability that can't be legally excluded, such as willful misconduct.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a significant way, we'll notify you by email to your space's address at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use Feedum after that date means you accept them.
12. Governing law
Pending completion: applicable legislation and competent courts, based on Waeihra Corp's registered address.
